  Okay, if you like repeat cookie cutters. But we can not wait to move. No playgrounds nice swimming area, if you don't like or have a Facebook there is no way to communicate with the HOA for yard sales or most events. A lot of public marketing from outsiders. They do mail out flyers for movies during the summertime for family in the community. The houses are built poorly and way too fast foundation has left our home with cracked walls with u even foundation after 5-6 years.
