  I never ever write bad reviews as we own our own business and understand things happen that are out of some people's control. However, I am 5 months pregnant and left so upset after this visit that I had cramping for hours. I felt the person who waited on me took complete advantage of me.
  
  I was sending out 4 INCREDIBLY small packages. I'm talking literally socks and chapstick. These gifts were so small that I knew they could simply fit in an envelope. I said to the person waiting on me "I would really like to do this the least expensive way possible, so should I just send these in an envelope?" And he responded with, "you could do that." So I walk over and pick up a white envelope that was $1.99 and he said "no not those ones, these ones over here." While pointing at these shiny, colored fancy ones. Thinking the white envelopes weren't an option and telling him I am looking to not spend a lot, I assumed he had my best interest. After the fact I found out these enveloped were $5 a piece!! I would have saved money if he suggested a box! After all was said and done he rung up my 4 VERY small packages and it was $63!!! I walked out very perplexed and called my husband and assured me something isn't right with that as he knew how small these packages were. So I immediately walked back in and the man was now waiting on someone else. So I waited in like again where a female now was waiting on me. I explained what happened and she told me I could have used the lesser expensive envelopes but now "the packages have already been packed up." I told her how the man specifically pointed me away from those less expensive envelopes as I was holding one and I literally had just walked outside a minute before. I asked how is it too late to change the packaging when I felt like this mistake was not made by me. Her response was "we pack things up quickly." And told me to get back in line to speak to the original man who waited on me. I had to go to work so I had to leave as I was already running late due to this whole ordeal. I work in the service industry and when someone tells me they would like to do the least expensive option, I don't point them to do the most expensive package we offer! I felt completely taken advantage of, was spoken to very rudely and felt very dismissed. It cost me more to ship these presents than their total cost. $63 is inexcusable for socks!!! I will never ever go back to this store again!
