  When my grandmother passed away, we came to Tri-County Cremation Center because we had used their services in the past when my grandfather died. They did their research knew this even though it had been 22 years since his death. Jason was very courteous and personable. He made everyone feel at ease, and did not push any extra services or more expensive options on our family. He replied to phone calls and emails quickly and in a professional manner. When the family arrived to retrieve my grandmother's ashes, the urn wasn't merely passed across a desk to them. The chapel was set up with the urn and a lit candle in a presentation that was somber yet celebratory. The personal items that were with her when she came in were disposed of in the manner the family requested. Both times we have used Tri-County Cremation Center we have had wonderful experiences even under the circumstances. Our family won't use anyone else, and I highly recommend them.
