  Been coming to this location since they opened and the service continually gets worse. Somehow they continue to top themselves on how bad they can do. I have actually canceled the plan for a few months and came back to give them another try and for the month that I have been a member I have only been able to get my truck washed twice because the lines are usually so long (20+ min wait to get in the wash) and they are almost always short staffed. This time I got washed right away, however, like usual, the attendant did a terrible job of the “big prep” as they call it (literally a 2 second half ass scrub of the front and windshield). I have now been waiting for 25 minutes and no one has even touched my truck yet to clean the interior. It’s dried with bugs and dirt still on it because of the ineffective “bug prep”. They have also recently raised their pricing. I will be canceling my subscription again today as this is horrible customer service and attention to detail.
