  Charged me $8.76 to ship $2.37 worth of set screws that weight less than 3 oz. They even shipped from their distribution warehouse. Employee tried to get shipping waived but it didn't happen.
  Had thought at one time about setting up an account with Fastenal for my business since I use so many fasteners but this transaction made sure that will never happen. I could have ordered them online, shipped for cheaper, and saved a drive to the store.
