  Julie OPENLY discriminates against people with LESS than perfect credit!
  We're going through the NACA program and she told us the REQUIRE EVERYONE (before they will even sign a sales contract with you) to go through and preapproved through their lenders. I asked why that was and her response was "because we want to get people who are moving in here". Lucky for Beazer, I'm not the sue-happy type. She might want to watch it because next time she may not be so lucky.
