  DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Worse experience ever! I made a reservation online for a large SUV to be picked up at 9 am. We were taking relatives to the airport and our car wouldn't fit everybody plus 4 suitcases. When we got there we were told they were sorry but the car would only be available after 11. I told them that wouldn't work for us because they would miss their flight but the representative just told us "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do." We did find a way to take them to the airport but I will never EVER rent a car from Hertz again. BTW never had any problem with Enterprise. I tried Hertz for the first time because is closer to where we live now but I will drive few more miles next time I need to rent a car. You suck Hertz! I wish I could give 0 stars.
